You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use NEXTALENT. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Clients may post projects and purchase fixed-price gigs. Freelancers may list services and submit proposals. You agree to provide accurate information and to deal fairly and lawfully with other users.
Payments for orders are protected and paid to the freelancer only after the client approves the delivery, or as determined by our dispute resolution process. Protected funds are not the property of either party until released.
NEXTALENT charges a platform commission of approximately 15% on completed orders. Applicable fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction. Membership plans are billed annually in INR.
Paid memberships renew annually unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period, after which your account reverts to the free plan. Existing active listings are preserved.
If a dispute arises, the disputed payment is paused while our team reviews evidence from both parties. Resolutions may include release to the seller, refund to the buyer, or a partial split, at NEXTALENT's reasonable discretion.
You may not engage in fraud, circumvent platform payments, post unlawful content, or harass other users. Violations may result in suspension or removal of your account and listings.
NEXTALENT provides the marketplace 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes with NEXTALENT are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
